There was not enough cream in the layers and the tiramisu was dry. I have had vegan Tiramisu in Italy on numerous occasions and thatbwas very good. I am not sire how much of the dyrness was due to the freezing and thrawing. The cream layers would have helped. The ratio was off.
I wasn’t sure what to expect when I ordered this cake because of how amazing the ingredients are, but the cake is truly amazing! I was completely shocked at how good it taste, and will definitely be ordering more in the future!
I LOVE Giselle’s - I get their bday cake every year, and their keto brownies are my absolute favorite treat. These are way too heavy for me, andwith a bit too much vanilla flavoring. If you don’t mind a really dense cookie you will love them! They were just a bit too much for me.
We absolutely loved this cake! It tasted both delicious and fresh. We also ordered it to Oklahoma and found the cake to travel very well.
Ordered the 10in cake for my mom’s birthday and it was delicious! Everyone could enjoy it! Thank you ❤️ No sugar crash, fresh fruit and balanced sweetness. Guilt free yummy cake. 10/10
frosting delicious. Cake part a bit too dry. A bit melted upon arrival. Berry juice dripping down, but firmed up perfectly in refrigerator.
Beautiful cake! It is a bit dense, and on the dryer side as far as the cake portion. Sometimes this is necessary for cakes like this to be stable and frost-able. I did not mind! It tasted great, and great with tea or some extra strawberry jam! The frosting was so amazing!
However I do have some concerns about ingredient truth. I noticed some products have a discrepancy of ingredients of what's on the box, versus on the site. And I was so blown away by the frosting, but based on my knowledge of monk fruit sweetener and maple syrup, could not trust that the frosting was only these ingredients. When I called to ask, Alex answered and explained its just monk fruit and maple syrup. I replied, but maple syrup would cause a color shift in such a pure white frosting? He replied they use some kind of maple syrup that's not colored? I may have misunderstood. This made me think of rice syrup. the frosting is also fairly stiff even for refrigerated coconut cream, which to me indicates some kind of starch or even powdered sugar. When I pressed, he said it was intellectual property to share how they do that, I think he misunderstood.
I am sure many of you, like me, are extremely cognizant of ingredients in our food. It is hard for me to trust a company when I cannot get clarity on the integrity of ingredients.I also noticed a missing ingredient on a new product they just launched, the Dubai bars. They are described as having a touch of tahini, but it is not in the ingredient list as of now. This could also present an allergen issue for some people. I suspect there may be allulose in the cake frosting, as monk fruit if pure has a unique flavor, and so does maple syrup. Unless I can get more clarity on this, I will express my doubts on full ingredient integrity with my friends, although I still support Giselle's and love the intention!
My husband bought me the golden vanilla cake for my birthday and it was sooooo good. The best part was it’s made with clean high quality ingredients and I didn’t have to comprise my health to enjoy a slice of cake.
Looked beautiful but no one really ate it
The best thing besides the taste is that the monk fruit they include is not sugar alcohol or ick lakanto monk fruit, it’s the real deal. I called to find out because it gives me headaches and spoke to the owner who graciously explained their philosophy to me. I also found out their pies are keto compliant. You have your own carb limits so that’s up to each person. It’s Pricy but it’s legitttttt and so good for you. And what owner calls you back to explain you’re safe to eat their food? Oh and when I wasn’t keto — everything else is amazing especially the coffee cake.
Delicious, rich, moist and satisfying dessert which completely satiates my chocolate habit without sacrificing my desire for nutritious ingredients
I’ve tried dozens of bars, but the [Gisselles Power Bar in is hands-down one of the best on the market.
✅ Taste & Texture
The first thing that stood out was the flavor—rich, natural, and never cloying. It strikes the perfect balance between chewy and crunchy Unlike some “healthy” bars that taste like cardboard, this one feels indulgent yet clean.
✅ Clean, Transparent Ingredients
I love that it’s made with whole-food staples—rolled oats, nuts, seeds, and natural sweetenersThere are no weird chemical aftertastes or artificial preservatives. The label is refreshingly straightforward.
• Protein: 20 gI grab one for my breakfast and the steady energy carry-through is fantastic—no sugar crash in sight. It also wards off that late-morning hunger slump when I’m buried in emails.
✅ Convenience & Packaging
Final Thoughts
If you want a tasty, no-guilt pick-me-up that powers both workouts and busy days at the office, I can’t recommend the [Giselle,s] Power Bar enough. It’s replaced my granola bars
This cake was so amazing!!!! I can't describe in words how thankful I am that I was able to experience a completely allergen-free and DELICIOUS carrot cake. After chronic health issues and multiple food sensitivities have kept me on a very limited diet for years, (more painful because I am a foodie) I do not take the love and care you clearly put into your creations for granted. Please keep doing what you're doing and I will continue to support you from the East Coast!
While a good choice of vegan options it is a little pricier than other options. Small store that there isn't much room to browse but good selection of cakes, muffins, macarons etc.
We highly recommend Giselle's for all of your healthy and tasty desserts. We stock up every few weeks and have probably tried almost everything they make. We especially like the cakes and brownies!
