    I am obsessed with this carrot cake. It’s the perfect level of sweetness, so moist, and just hands down amazing. I could eat it every day for the rest of my life and never get sick of it. I truly think that anyone who has a bad thing to say about it is used to eating overly sweet, unhealthy cake. As someone who’s been gluten and dairy free for 15 years, I’ve never had better cake in my life. And the best part - you feel AMAZING after eating it. It’s a win- win.

    This cake was so amazing!!!! I can't describe in words how thankful I am that I was able to experience a completely allergen-free and DELICIOUS carrot cake. After chronic health issues and multiple food sensitivities have kept me on a very limited diet for years, (more painful because I am a foodie) I do not take the love and care you clearly put into your creations for granted. Please keep doing what you're doing and I will continue to support you from the East Coast!

    Giselle's cakes are fantastic

    Giselle's cakes are fantastic. The carrot cake is especially good! It's amazing to me how it can be so much healthier than other cakes and taste so much better. I've gotten a number of different cakes and enjoyed all of them. The people are nice, the food is healthy and delicious, I highly recommend Giselles!

    Lovely owners, even more delicious goodies. I ordered the carrot cake for my dads birthday. Alex kindly offered to make it without any oil for my dad's special diet (SOS lifestyle) - my dad can't find desserts without oil ANYWHERE so it was a huge deal for me that they could make a cake without it! Vegan, gluten free, refined sugar free, etc - these are all available and popular options now but not oil free. So this will definitely be our go-to spot now for celebrating occasions. Incredibly clean ingredients too, nothing processed so super impressive that it still tasted sooo good!

    The customers service and cakes are incredible! The carrot cake, brownies and tiramisu are excellent! A perfect balance of texture, spices, sugar AND vegan, GF and refined sugar free! They do an amazing job at Giselle's. Definitely going back!
