      We loved the bright flavor of the lime and the fact that this pie is not artificially colored green. The texture of both the filling and the crust left something to be desired, however (filling was slightly gritty and crust was a bit dry and bland). To be fair, though, I had this pie shipped across the country. If I were local to the bakery I would love to try this fresh.
